ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH DALAM PEMBENTUKAN SISWA BERKARAKTER

Abstract

In this article, we will discuss the characteristics of school management in the formation
of character students. That school management is useful in forming students with
character, the role of education is very important. Hereby we will examine the results of
each research related to the topic of school management and student character. To
achieve school goals, management is a tool in processing quality school programs. The
objectives of this article are: 1. Analyzing journals about school management and student
characteristics from 5 studies. 2. Seeing from the point of view and each of the results
obtained from the 5 studies. 3. Examining the differences in school management for each
article and the character of the students. 4. Draw conclusions from the results of the
research analysis / the five journals.
