DESKRIPSI PENERAPAN MODEL VARIASI SUMBER DAYA PERKULIAHAN HYBRID
Abstract
The era of Digital Technology that supports the Hybrid Lecture process is used by lectures in the Higher Education environment. With the unity of the performance of hardware, software and data devices as well as human devices as actors, lectures can be conducted online with various lecture methods from varied resources. Universities that implement online lecture systems adapt existing rules and policies which of course cannot be separated from various criticisms from various parties because they are considered ineffective and require the availability of funds for media and lecture support devices, the other side which is no less important is the health side. The method used to examine the thinking of some of these obstacles is descriptive qualitative method as an effort to assess the success of lectures through creative and innovative active activities from a variety of synchronous and asynchronous online lecture resources. The results of creative and innovative active activities from a variety of synchronous and asynchronous online lecture resources that are gradual according to lecture meetings are in the form of a model that certainly pays attention to several online components that are presented to support successful efforts to provide the lecture process.
