Abstract


Improving the quality of education continues to be pursued, one of which is through learning media by implementing ICT in an effort to improve the pedagogical quality of teachers. The impact of ICT
development itself has an important role in learning patterns that utilize media such as: video playback at the time of teaching and learning. This research is raised from the problem of how to improve the quality of teachers in mastering pedagogical competencies by implementing ICT that can learn independently, openly, not interfere with the main task as a teacher who has a great responsibility in class. This research aims to find out the ability of teachers in mastering pedagogical kompetensi by implementing ICT. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the study of literature or literature. The conclusion from the research obtained is that the pedagogic competence possessed by teachers in implementing ICT-based learning media is quite good, but there is still something that needs to be improved, such as training related to the use of interesting and simple technology for learning and to make it easier for teachers to find materials that are suitable for learning. required with internet access or google.
