PENUHI KESEIMBANGAN GIZI DENGAN DAYA TAHAN TUBUH DI ERA NEW NORMAL

Abstract


Abstract
In this new normal era, everyone has no choice but to live side by side with the Covid-19 virus, so to prevent exposure to the Covid-19 virus besides having to wear a mask, wash hands, maintain distance, it is also important to maintain and increase endurance by fulfilling a balance nutrition in the body. Based on this explanation, we are trying to provide an information approach based on existing references to the community, especially the Dompet Dhuafa community regarding fulfilling the balance of nutrition with endurance in the
new normal era. This community service preparation was carried out in May 2020 which included making online invitations and educational material. Educational material consist of an introduction to Covid-19 and ways of prevention, the relationship between the immune system and the digestive system, balanced nutrition guidelines, the pillars of healthy living, the principles of nutritious food intake in the new normal era, food safety, facts and myths related to food and covid-19 The relationship between the immune system and fasting,
physical activity, sleep quality, physical and mental quality is presented in the form of online seminars via zoom and live youtube. The flow of activities is divided into 2, namely all participants are given education and after that participants are given closed questions  related to understanding the material presented. The location of the activity was carried out online on Saturday, 27 June 2020 which was held at 13.00 WIB - finished. In the new normal era, it is important to maintain the immune system by consuming a balanced nutritious diet according to the recommended principles. Maintain your own health with a healthy lifestyle,
continue to apply the existing health protocols.

Abstrak
Di era new normal ini semua orang tidak memiliki pilihan selain hidup berdampingan dengan virus Covid-19, sehingga untuk mencegah terpapar virus Covid-19 selain harus memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, penting juga untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dengan memenuhi keseimbangan gizi dalam tubuh. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, kami berupuaya untuk memberikan pendekatan informasi berdasarkan refrensi yang sudah ada kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Dompet Dhuafa  mengenai penuhi keseimbangan gizi dengan daya tahan tubuh di era new normal. Persiapan
pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2020 meliputi perijinan, pembuatan undangan online dan pembuatan materi edukasi. Materi edukasi terdiri dari pendahuluan mengenai Covid-19 dan cara pencegahan, hubungan sistem imun dan sistem pencernaan, pedoman gizi seimbang, pilar hidup sehat, prinsip asupan makanan bergizi di era new normal, kemanan pangan, fakta dan mitos terkait makanan dan covid-19, hubungan sistem imun dengan puasa, aktivitas fisik, kualitas tidur, kualitas fisik dan mental yang disampaikan dalam bentuk seminar online via zoom dan live youtube. Alur kegiatan terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu seluruh peserta diberikan edukasi dan setelahnya peserta diberikan pertanyaan tertutup terkait pemahaman materi yang disampaikan. Lokasi kegiatan dilakukan secara online pada hari sabtu, 27 Juni 2020 yang dilaksanakan pada pukul 13.00 WIB – selesai. Di era new normal ini penting untuk menjaga sistem daya tahan tubuh dengan konsumsi makanan bergizi yang seimbang sesuai prinsip-prinsip yang dianjurkan. Jaga kesehatan diri dengan gaya hidup sehat, tetap menerapkan protkol kesehatan yang sudah ada.
