PEMANFAATAN MEDIA GAMBAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


Image media is a media that is in the form of visuals and is used in the learning process to catch
up. Image media can only be seen and cannot be heard because image media is a visual medium.
Learning motivation is one aspect that plays a significant role in the process of achieving
learning objectives and learning motivation. It can be concluded that learning motivation is an
impulse that arises from within each student, which will generate enthusiasm in learning and
learning motivation can also provide clearer directions for each learning activity so that
learning objectives can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is
an effect of pictorial learning media in increasing students’ learning motivation. This study uses
a quantitative approach and uses a descriptive analysis method using the google form
application, then the questionnaire will be distributed widely, and distributed to all subjects in
the study. The results of the analysis showed an increase in student learning motivation. After
using the picture media, the achievement of students’ learning motivation increased. It can be
concluded that image media can increase students’ motivation in learning, and can increase
student’ interest in learning.
