HUBUNGAN POLA TIDUR TERHADAP KONSENTRASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SDN KEMBANGAN UTARA 06 PAGI

Abstract


Sleep pattern is a very important component for elementary school students because it can
affect development, growth, and productivity in learning. Students' learning concentration
will be disturbed if students are sleepy, feel tired, and have a disturbed mind. When students
have poor sleep patterns, the concentration of students' learning will also get worse. This
study uses quantitative research involving 65 respondents, namely students in grade 5 and
grade 6 at SDN Kembangan 06 Pagi. Data were collected using a questionnaire, data were
analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Windows. The test was carried out
using the Chi Square test with a significance level of = 0.05. The results of this study showed
that 33 students (52.3%) had poor sleep patterns and 34 students (52.3%) low learning
concentration and it could be concluded that there was a relationship between sleep patterns
and students' learning concentration at SDN Kembangan Utara 06 Pagi with P-Value 0.001 <
0.05.
