THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HYBRID LEARNING

Abstract


The learning situation or hybrid learning process has recently taken place. This learning system
can be said to be done suddenly, so it is possible that students or teachers do not have the right
readiness when the first hybrid learning is done. However, the effectiveness of hybrid learning is
very worried by many people. This research focuses on researching the effectiveness of the use
of hybrid learning in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the
effectiveness of teaching in helping learning methods in the COVID-19 pandemic. The metode
used to research this research is by doing interviews directly to close relatives to get more actual
results and questionnaire collection. For collection in questionnaire data, it is done by providing
questions sent virtually through google form with different questions according to the grouping
of object profession pes. The results of this study showed that hybrid learning methods carried
out during this pandemic resulted in effect according to students, teachers, and parents. Many
factors can interfere with the learning process because the transition of learning methods is
indeed foreign in Indonesia.
