PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG GIZI, HIDRASI DAN IMUNITAS MELALUI MEDIA BOOKLET ANDROID

Abstract
Pregnancy is a specific physiological period, which requires more nutritional intake than
normal conditions. About 57.1% of dehydration occurs during pregnancy. Currently, the
worldwide Covid-19 death rate is around 2.4% due to multi-organ failure, especially in the
elderly and people with underlying health conditions such as hypertension, cardiovascular
disease and immunity. The purpose of this activity was to increase the knowledge of
pregnant women about nutrition, hydration and immunity through Android booklet media.
The method of activity was carried out by using lectures and online discussions as well as
counseling via WhatsApp by previously providing educational media for Android booklets.
The subject of this activity were pregnant women who carry out pregnancy checks at the
Kebon Jeruk Community Health Center, Kebon Jeruk. A total of 46 subjects of pregnant
women with an average age of pregnant women of 28 ± 6 (years) participated in this activity. There were changes in knowledge, attitudes and behavior in pregnant women where the average score before intervention 70.35 ± 11.72; 97.17 ± 5.44; 71.09 ± 21.93; and after intervention, namely 76.02 ± 11.77; 97.61 ± 4.89; 82.17 ± 15.18, respectively. The
educational activities provided have an impact on improving the behavior of pregnant
women related to health and nutrition. Thus, the educational activities carried out need to be
intensified and programmed to get maximum results, namely the understanding of pregnant
women about health and nutrition.

Abstrak
Kehamilan merupakan periode fisiologi spesifik, yang membutuhkan asupan gizi lebih dari
kondisi normal. Sebesar 57.1% dehidrasi terjadi dimasa kehamilan. Saat ini, tingkat
kematian Covid-19 di seluruh dunia adalah sekitar 2.4% yang disebabkan oleh kegagalan
multi-organ terutama pada orang tua dan orang dengan kesehatan yang mendasarinya seperti hipertensi, penyakit kardiovaskular dan imunitas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang gizi, hidrasi dan imunitas melalui media
booklet Android. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan ceramah dan diskusi
secara daring serta konseling melalui WhatsApp dengan sebelumnya memberikan media
edukasi booklet Android. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu hamil yang melakukan
pemeriksaan kehamilan di wilayah Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk, Kebon Jeruk. Sebanyak 46
subjek ibu hamil dengan rata-rata usia ibu hamil 28 ± 6 (tahun) berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Ada perubahan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku pada ibu hamil dimana rata-rata skor sebelum masing-masing yaitu 70.35 ± 11.72, 97.17 ± 5.44, 71.09 ± 21.93 dan sesudah yaitu 76.02 ± 11.77, 97.61 ± 4.89, 82.17 ± 15.18. Kegiatan edukasi yang diberikan memberikan dampak peningkatan perilaku ibu hamil terkait kesehatan dan gizi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan perlu ditingkatkan secara intensif dan terprogram untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal yaitu pemahaman ibu hamil tentang kesehatan dan gizi.
