One of the impacts that occur is mental health problems for workers both working from the office and working from home. This community service activity aims to improve the K3 competence of the community that is facing the risk of mental health problems during the Covid-19 pandemic. The activity is carried out in the form of an intervention in the form of an online seminar as an effort to educate the public regarding occupational safety and health. The effectiveness of this program is measured using the pre-test and post-test methods for mental health among workers. Activities carried out by conducting training through online media for the community. Preliminary observations show that before the seminar, only 41.67% of prospective participants had good knowledge of mental health. After the activity was carried out, the participants' knowledge increased to 98.44%. To create behavior with a safety culture, a strong commitment from respondents is needed regarding work safety, training, and dissemination of applicable safety information, and participation from the whole community to always put safety first.
